Hambridge Investments is a family run Industrial Property Owning

Our in house Maintenance team allows us to keep all our vacant
premises and communal estate grounds in good condition. The majority of our
Industrial estates were constructed by us, giving the advantage of quality
control during construction and knowledge of the structure and service details
of each building for any subsequent queries.
Upon occupation we are able
to rectify any initial problems with our premises, without delay, by
instructing our maintenance team rather than being governed by contractors lead
times.
With the employment of construction staff the company has
expanded and diversified into the commercial refurbishment sector. Hambridge
